How it works.
The questionnaire looks at the things that change an estate plan: your state, your family, your property, anyone who depends on public benefits, and whether an injury case or a recent loss is involved. Your results suggest a starting point — your attorney confirms what you actually need at your consultation, where the first hour is free.
What happens next.
- Send your results (optional) and we'll call to schedule, already knowing what you're looking for.
- Meet with your attorney — Jeff Barnett for Texas, Shawn Barnett for New Mexico — in person, by phone, or by video.
- Sign your documents with the required witnesses and notary, with our bilingual staff available to explain everything in Spanish.
