Jeff Barnett founded Barnett & Leuty, PC in 1995 — three decades of Austin practice in business law, transactional matters, estate planning, and certified mediation. The Longhorn Law Firm's Austin office operates from Jeff's north Austin practice on Jollyville Road.

Shawn handles NM matters — state and federal — out of the firm's Albuquerque office. Jeff, as Of Counsel, handles Texas matters throughout the state, including the Austin metro, Hill Country, and San Antonio and South/Central Texas. Federal cases and cross-border matters get the benefit of attorneys licensed in both jurisdictions.
